Evangelist Theresa J. Scott Evangelist Theresa J. Scott is an evangelist and prophetess in the Kingdom of GOD. She is married to Bishop Gerald Scott and together they Oversee and Pastor Refuge of GOD Church Ministries as well as Out of A Pure Heart Ministries. Together, they minister to those who are suffering with physical, mental, developmental, drug/alcohol and abuse issues and challenges. Evangelist Theresa is a host of two international, interactive online radio broadcasts on blogtalkradio and Spreaker and she teaches everything Bible. She is the mother of 4 and grandmother of 3. Evangelist Theresa has a Bachelor's of Theology from Tabernacle Bible College.
