Racism seems to be getting better and worse at the same time in the USA and the world. How can this be? Were going to talk about it. Education is under seige here in Philly. As more and more students graduate high school with no discernable skills, as college costs put higher ed out of sight, as city governments create even bigger problems in the long run by their unwilliness to fund education what is it that parents and those concerned can do? Parenting skills can they be taught? Should their be a course that needs to be passes to be able to reproduce? What if we could do that is that violating an individuals right to reproduce or are we stopping an unwanted child from having to go thru a life of misery. Were going to see why parenting skills are necessary more today than ever before.
