Good morning! Its chilly in my neck of the woods, this am. This morning Id like to discuss simplicity. We tend to get all caught up and overdone this time of year, stressed out and find ourselves over eating, over cranky, and just not ourselves. Why, does a season of "supposed celebration" bring so much negativity? Theories abound.
